We will ensure software licences quoted have been delivered, optional warranty extensions have been fulfilled and what was ordered has been provided in terms of software & equipment….bringing the project to sign-off stage.
Infrastructure Support & Maintenance
It's a fact of life that your IT system (whatever the size) requires regular maintenance to keep it running smoothly. DHCCC can provide a cost effective maintenance schedule that will keep your servers and network appliances in top working order. Our monthly health check is designed to be pro-active. Our aim is to prevent failures by keeping your system well maintained. Unless we do this, your IT systems can be prone to unexpected failure requiring emergency response that can be costly both in terms of downtime and staff productivity.
Scheduled Onsite Maintenance
- Designed to keep your systems running smoothly, we recommend a scheduled plan aka "health check" be performed onsite on a monthly basis. For example, this may be the 2nd Thursday afternoon of every month. Apart from addressing minor issues that may be queued by staff, your monthly health check has the advantage of being pro-active and often shows up potential problems before they occur - corrective action can then be taken on your terms. This maintenance plan also includes servers, desktops & laptops etc.
Scheduled Remote Maintenance
- This service is performed remotely whereby technicians confirm the status of the following core components. The remote service is designed to be brief but to the point. It assists in determining the current health of your system. A simple report is provided to management each month that outlines the status and health of your
- Server health check free disk space & event logs for anomalies
- Router health top 5 internet users, top 5 sites visited, anomalies
- Exchange check size, system logs, maintenance required
- Backup report on success or failures during the month
- Antivirus signature currency and threat levels reported etc
- Experience shows us that customers cannot always wait until their next monthly maintenance schedule to group tasks together. Often issues need to be addressed promptly (that tender or urgent submission) and depending on the task required, onsite assistance can be achieved same day or next business day.
- More often than not we are able to resolve issues remotely within the hour due to the support technology deployed! Our engineers (with your permission) can remotely access desktops and servers to quickly resolve the problem.
